Final Fantasy VII really changed what I thought about video games. It's the best game in the UNIVERSE!
It took me into a whole new world. I beat it five times over already, and I still can't get enough of it. I think about it 24/7! I know that I'm a bit....odd...but this is the way I think. I am only 13 years old, and I am now a voice actor, all because of Final Fantasy VII!
I also base part of my "Life" on FInal Fantasy VII.
Anyway, the story, the gameplay, the graphics; I love it all!
I love ALL of the characters! But....it's vey easy to get emotionally involved with them. I couldn't stop crying when I witnessed the death of Aeris...
..and I cried the first time I beat Final Fantasy VII..and saw Midgar at the very end...when Red XIII was looking at it's ruins with his two little cubs...
Well, I also now have the looks and personality of Tifa, and that's (against my wishes) my name in school.
I know this all doesn't make sense...
Final Fantasy VII IS AND FOREVER WILL BE the greatest game in the UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This game completely changed my veiw of gaming! You start out as Cloud, a mercenary in a team of rebels against an evil corporation, the Shinra. Other figures include: Barret, leader of AVALANCHE (the rebels), a huge black man With a gun arm; Tifa, a cute martial arts master & Clouds childhood 'freind'; Aeris, a flower lady with blood of the ancients (you'll figure it out); Red XIII, a cat with a flaming tail, scarred by war & lab tests, Native American styled;
Yuffie, a theif and ninja and BRAT; Cait Sith, a Shinra spy in a R/C stuffed body; Vincent, an awesome vampire-like dude with a tragic past, and Cid, a former Shinra pilot. Bad guys include Sephiroth, the most powerful human on the planet with a samurai sword called Masamune; Rufus, leader of Shinra; 4 shinra Executives(Scarlet, Hiedegger,
Reeve(Cait Sith), and Palmer), and Hojo, a mad scientist and Sephiroth's father. Best in graphics, storyline, and challenge. You gotta get this game!!!

Geez, are you actually reading all of these. let me sum it up for you Final Fantasy 7 is the best game ever made. Great story, great characters, great everything. This game is great. If you haven't played this game you could be considered to be very weird, so quickly run out and buy it now, I mean it NOW. before people start to look at you funny.

Well what can I say? Absolutely brilliant! I have been playing this game since it came out and still enjoy playing it now. The music is fantastic, the story line is great and the graphics are pretty good to considering how old it is. Everything about it is superb i would give it a infinity/infinity. Such a great game if you ain't got it yet get your fat ass up and buy it on platinum it is avalable for only £15.00 WOW!

Final fantasuy is da bomb it's full of action and adventure plus much more i cant wait to beat this one so i can go onto final fantasy 8 the whole set is great but dotnthignk o i can beat this easy this is also a challenging game i've been working on it fro months and im still only on da 1st disk so if ur looking for a action adventured packed game that is a challenge go to ur local funcoland,gamestop, or closest video game realtor and buy this game and try it for ur self

Final Fantasy has always been one of the best games on the market, But If you ask me the best game has to be Final fantasy VII. The plot of the game is awsome, starting off as a mercenary who is hired by a group called AVALANCHE, trying to blow up a reactor made by SHINRA who is basically sucking the life out of earth with there Plants. Something else i thought was awsome is that the main person of the game (CLOUD) Has this huge sword that he easily swings around on his back with ease. And the main Bad guy has the longest samarai sword ever. So, basically, if you are looking for the best RPG to buy get FINAL FANTASY VII.

I have beat the game over and over again. I am working on beating Emerald weapon right now. This game has all the qualities of the best game. A good fighting system, graphics, ans the sstory line is great and easy to follow. There are a lot of Items to pick up on and the secrets seem to never come to an end. To whom is ever reading this, i suggest that you buy this game a.s.a.p.!!!!!!! Trust me, you won't regreat it!!!!

I beat this game, along with every weapon, back in late 97. It is the sole reason that I purchased a playstation and why I cast my NES to the wolves!! There is not another rpg, FF or otherwise, that compares to Final Fantasy VII. It has all the elements of a great rpg... graphics, music and storyline. The game is massive, the Gold Saucer amusement park is a game within a game where you can snow board, shoot baskets and bet on yourself at the Chocobo race track! You can even fight one on one against various monsters and bosses from the game at the battle arena. There are so many side quests, so much leveling up and the Emerald Weapon..... talk about insane level of difficulty! If you can beat this guy, you'll beat the final boss in 6 turns or less!!!!! To fully appreciate this game, complete all the quests and beat Emerald and Ruby Weapon, you will spend 80 to 100hrs playing it! This game is on greatest hits now, so you can enjoy the greatest FF of all for $19.99!!!! Buy it, buy it, buy it!!!!!!! Check out the hundreds of ratings this game has gotten, you will not be dissapointed!

this is with out a shout of a doubt the most best game ever made in the history of all video games.This game had the greatest story line to ever be witnessed. This had the best graphics although squaresoft should have put talk overs in this. The music always blended in with whats happening and were you are like in that snow mountain mountain.It had the most dramatic storyline especialy when Aeris died at the end of disk 1. She had the best limits (except Omnislash of course). This is the greatest damn game ever made and thats the bottom line cause Michael Haun said so!!!

This game rocks!! I loved the story line and every thing else about it. I loved the cute Chocobos. I loved the Characters and EVERYTHING!!! FF8 was good, but it just wasn't the best. Too many movie sequences and the Gfs take too long. FF7 IS the best game out there by far!!!!

Funny enough we reveiwed FF8 first because we had nothing better to do.Now we have finished FF7 again(in 2 weeks) we are well equiped to write this review.People who dis the graphics of FF7 really have no standard of gaming.It enhances the fantasy aspect of the game.People who complain about the post-modern punk graphics of the game can't see the game for what it is...or they are idiots(like our girlfriends,don't tell them we said that)The plot is breathtaking,better than a Hollywood production.It revolves around a group of eco-terorists,the mega evil company Shinra,and the worlds greatest soilder,now presumed dead Sephiroth (or spear-a-moth as C.Q once called him.) For a few hours at the start of the game,the game is limited to the city of Midgar,but latter expands to a massive world-map.As the game progresses,you get an insight into the characters past.At the end off disk 1 a major charecter dies,but we won't spoil it for you.(aeris R.I.P.)whoops sorry.If you didn't want to find that out you shouldn't have read the last line (no more spoilers...hopefully) It also has entertainment aspects such as chocobo-breeding,raceing and betting.Many of these aspects can be found in the Gold Saucer e.g snow-boarding,submarine challange,and the greatest game ever,Mog House(ha ha ha hardly) Finally the FMV of sephiroth walking through the flames of the burning Nibelheim village left us wide-eyed and amazed.

This game has a great list of qualities. Magic in total has great detail. Fantastic plot, extensive list of characters, lots of FMV sequences. Best sound/music of its kind. The boss battle is by far the best. The music fits into the occasion, and it is nicely selected. Final Fantasy 7 has excellent gameplay, it is very interactive filled with lots of different emotions such as (spoiler) when Aeris, or Aerith dies, and also when at the end of the whole game. Final Fantasy 7 is by far one of the longest games on Playstation. FF7 will keep you entertained for hours with Chobobo racing/raising, Battle Arena, and snowboard and motorcycle mini-games. Final Fantasy 7 is the most original of all the FF games. During the beginning of the game, Cloud (the main character) gets to cross-dress, has the most original music in its series so far. I would like to say that I reccommend this game to anyone who is buying their first Playstation game. This deserves a 10.

The game is good i must say but i think there is too much fighting you get to a point where you can't get past them, somtimes i feel like putting this in the bin. I have not played the new ones but i have seen them and they look better don't know about the fighting. You have to be quite good at this game to get past all the fighting there are no cheats as such for this game too so i don't stand a chance with this game i love the story line thats one thing i like, its like your there in the game.

OMG Final Fantasy 7 is on of the best games ever made on playstation, combining awesome storyline, awesome FMV's and a superior batle style, what else could this game get but a ten. Unfourtunately FF8 didn't live up to this, but we all have hopes for FF9.

Final Fantasy VII is definetly the BEST RPG! It is number one in everything from story, to playablity. It gives you hours upon hours of entertainment. Its originality is also a great aspect. Moving away from the classes, the structure of the game is new and innovating. It also has the best graphics of any game from its time. I recommend this game to everyone! Its something that can't be missed!

This is by far, the best game I have ever played!!! I bought this game along with my playstation and the second I played it, my jaw dropped! This game has the best storyline, music and gameplay. This game is still my favorite overall game even though I played all of the rest from the Final Fantasy series! This game has the best music because it suits the area around you, the battle music gets your adrenaline pumping and the sad music actually made some people cry(or so I heard)!!! Most RPGs that came after this have the same boundaries because they wanted others to be as much of a sucess. The graphics are cool even though the arms are pretty skinny, but this is the type of game that you have to look past the graphics and see other qualities it has. I'm not saying that the graphics are bad, they are very cool even considering the fact that this was one of the first games to come out for playstation. This game has the best storyline of all time, even after all of these years no game has had such a tremendous storyline! If you havent bought this game, then your a fool and should go buy it immediatly!

final fantasy 7 would have to be the BEST rpg i have played possible the best rpg ever.i think its better than final fantasy 8,it may not have the graphics like 8 but it makes up for that with the rest of the of the game the story line and gameplay is great and the battles.some boss battles are near impossible at first,takes time alot of time and practice oh and nights of round. game holds so many hidden secrets but the bit that i didnt like was that sepioroth was too easy for a final boss overall i think final fantasy 7 is better than ff8 in many ways.

I've just heard about stationplay.com and before I go about giving my points of view on other games, I have to give some respects to basically the GREATEST VIDEO GAME EVER. The graphics are stellar for its time, and are still pretty good as of today. The gameplay is flawless and there storyline will simply absorb you. I have honestly cleared this game multiple times, and there is literally to much to do. My review is not giving this game justice. It is simply amazing. 10 out of 10 in every department. It towers over FF8 and FF9. It set the standard for all Playstation RPG's and no other game has, in my opinion, come close. Perfect.
