A kind review for a game that is given too much bad rap.22008

Chanchan from USA says (22/Apr/2003):
From yellow blood to a disembodied sister, this game gave me a good case of the frights. I don't know, maybe I just scare easily but I sure as heck could NOT play this game with the lights off! The first point-and-click game I ever played, it took me a good hour before I got used to not directing the character with a simple move of the analog stick. Yes the graphics are rather crude and simple movements do look rather awkward, but it was the story and opening move that drew me in and urged me to actually play the game fully through before I began to judge. I ended up being one happy customer. Not only did characters like little posessee Stephanie Tate and double personalitied Alyssa catch my interest, but the multiple endings factor was also something I had never encountered in a game, and they talked! I was actually quite pleased with most of the voice acting and background music, which set the mood of the game very well. Each level was also just right in length considering there are only three, which doesn't at all make this game any easier to beat might I add. The only gripe I had was lifespan. Even after struggling with your offender and escaping, HP is knocked down and medikits are scarce. But all in all, this horror - adventure is worth it's money, at least in my opinion.

Oh...My God22008

Valen Bates from Tappahannock, VA says (7/Nov/2003):
Good...Lord. Never have i seen such a beautiful...game (as you can see by my name...*smirk*) i love this game...that's an understatement, but it's all i've got. of course, i've yet to meet someone who fully fathoms the beauty of this game...its deep darkness and wonderful grotesque, picturesque bloody splendor...but i digress (or do I?) this game is perfection. i've beaten it millions of times. too bad ASCII had to go out of business and there won't be any more *grimaces*. clock tower 2 is a bit different from the original (America's original, anyway) but it's still the same...the giant murder weapon, the child demons, the twins...the herione...and the beautiful death scenes...ahh...spelndor, i tell you. not to mention that Bates is awesome (not me, but the other Bates, hehe heh)...anyway, i know EVERYTHING there is to know about these games, so if you wanna know anything, contact me...i suppose the sight will post my Email...until then, play it (and play it ALL THE WAY THROUGH, because some imbeciles quit before it's done and misjudge it *scowl*)

Oh come on what is this junk even the clock tower fan deserves better than this3066

Ramiro Alvarez from Austin TX says (14/Jul/2001):
Well the first sequel kept you on your seat and scared many people ,but not this part the only thing they improved about clock tower 2 was the graphics and the loading speed well let me tell you the big disapointment about this game first of all the music sounds weird not terrifying like the first clock tower wait a minute its not scary at all this is a big insult do you know why this is more like a childs terror not adult how dare they rate this for mature audience it shows no blood ,no violence wait they show a couple of corpses but they look like ripped apart dolls and did I mention that scissorman is not represented here just a bunch of zombies in a scenarioand you battle and you get chased by some kind of wacko little girl { A child? see what I mean}who chases you with a knife woooow a knife wheres is scissorman these days well it has strong language coming from the girls darker side. but oh what the heck its still a childs game that should of been rated E for everyone because kids learn to how to say bad words young these days.

A slight improvement from the first one31100

Rich from Riverside RI USA says (27/Aug/2003):
I found this one to be better than the first one, but the laughing little girl was a major bore. It had the elements to be scary, but it didn't deliver the goods. The controls were still poor, and the story board was just wasn't good, but it did have moments of greatness, allowing me to give it seven big stars. If you are a confirmed horror fan, this title will be a great one to add to your collection. Fans of action games will just be bored silly. It has exciting moments, but they are few. Have fun with this one. I did
