ok, here's what ya do.... when u r trying 2 get ur blast gauge full make sure u have tonnes of power charges and keep using them.
When u use 1 press XXOOXXOO as many times as possible it helps heal when attacks do 2 much damage and u may get an extra attack in.
Plz note: u can only do this when u r using items.
I know I've done it and gotten blast digivolved in2 Galantmon (4x) and wargrowlmon (2x)

To get ur digimon attack twicely more powerfully,
equip a counter crest and search crest....u will get ur digimon more powerfully than use to....
Mobius Desert: Looking down at the TV screen: Start at the top right corner, go to the top left corner, the bottom left, top left, bottom, then finally top left. In Amaterasu, make sure you go twice top left.
Kumamon DRI agent:From the first screen,go Up-left and down-left.You should see a DRI agent.That's Kumamon's DRI agent.
Veemon DRI agent: At the start, go left all the way, when you reach the point where you turn left to get to the tall tower, go up instead. You should find Veemon's DRI agent.
In order to get through the desert, you must go to the upper left, and that should lead you to the bottom section of the next screen. From there go to the left, and just keep on going to the left. You should end up in Mirage tower.
Right before you're about to get hit in battle, press and hold X or down and X at the same time(it doesn't work too well with techniques)! note: you have to do it just right for it to work!.
the legendary gym is north sector....to get there u have to have the digi-egg of knowledge once there og to lake of ice and go to the end and you will find a cave ...go in the cave and go all the way down and you will find flamedramon head of legendary gym....
If you wanna get a strong MagnaAngemon, Make sure it learns BKSeraphimon (DK tolerance at 999), then, you can take the attacks of the BK Digimon (Great for BKKingNumemon's Dark Pupil), also, it attacks twice in a turn. So it will be easy Amaterasu server (somewhat)
When you're battling the Game Master, when she uses her Persiamon, DNA or digivolve your digimon while tapping L1, L2, R1 and R2. Her attacks will not de-digivolve your digimon.
When you first get into the mobius desert go down,down,left,down,left. You should be there.
ok when you see the ur enemy jump hold X but is RIGHT when they jump even when they are using tech...Just like dophlmon, when he rise the head up just hold X then it will work TRUST ME!!!

The DRI Agent is in Protocol Ruins. When you enter the ruins you'll be
facing a snake like statue. Go left of that statue and follow the path till
you come to a branching path. You'll have the option to go up, right, or
left. You'll want to go left again and follow the path till you once again
come to another branching path with the same options (left, right, up). Go
up this time and follow the path to DRI Bob.
Once DRI Bob gives you the mission you are off to fight Paildramon in order
to get the Veemon DDNA. Paildramon is at Bulk Bridge and is very easy to beat.
Having counter crest works very well. If you have only one Digimon with you
then go back and pick up the rest of your team then fight Paildramon. Once you
have the mission the level requirement no longer applies.

Before going to see MetalEtemon, make sure you have the Belial Fang, (you can buy this at Amaterasu City) and Destruction (already made). Give them to MetalEtemon and he will combine them to make Invincible.
Once you have Invincible, make sure you have Millenium and Immaculate, give them to MetalEtemon and he will make Eternally.
Once you have Invincible, Eternally, make sure you have Raijin Fist and Prominence, give them to MetalEtemon and he will make Super Nova.
Once you have Invincible, Eternally, Super Nova, make sure you have Suijin Cannon and Judgment give them to MetalEtemon and he will make Punishment.
Once you have Invincible, Eternally, Super Nova, and Punishment, make sure you have Fuujin Blade and Masamune, give them to MetelEtemon and he will make Muramasa.
This completes level 4 epic weapons.
The final 5 epic weapons are Invincible, Eternally, Super Nova, Punishment, and Muramasa.

U can usualy gain counter crests from tuskmon in the norther parts of the game AKA the north sector (persanmon almost beat me but counter crest killed herself!)this game is beond cool it should be put in the classic section. another tip i can give u is when u go to face the fake leader of the nort sector's town u should stalk up on healing potions because the town is full of A.O.A peole who want u to lose. my black war greymon is my best digimon yet he is level 91 and can probably whoop anyone down his devestation move is terra destroyer and u can only get him by geting skull greymon to lv. 99 and u get skull greymon by greymon leveling to lv. 50
u learn ur mega level when ur rookie gets to lv. 40 and its not easy

HAHAHAHA! well anyway do you know how to get the fishing rod? well what you have to do is first go see that guy on shellbeach in asuka server ...... well you don't have to anyway first listen to him and he will say if you want a fishing rod you need these things a rod , o hook well actually it ends up as a fish! , and a line ! well they should be these items snapper : you can find this in divermons lake in asuka server . spider web : well that is for the line ! you can find that outside of protocol ruins in the asuka server that is the best place to find it! . when you have them go back to the old guy on shellbeach and talk to him and he will make you the fishing rod! when he gives it ot you go to any river or sea ; etc and press x and you will see him fish ! that is all I can say about fishing . okay you know about mega's in amaterasu server well go to the shrine in the jungle and keep going forward but I warn you very much strong digimon are there and only go there if you have level 45 and I don't mean skill LEVELS! I mean the full levels go there and you will find magnamon or something he is a blackversion of seraphimon . He can do some damage to you like 400 or maybe 800 if he is lucky . Then if you defeted Lord Megadeath, You will fight Gallacticmon in space. First you will fight the tail and then the head.
The head is extremely strong. I´ve defeted it with Seraphimon, Patamon level 50. Use Seven heavens twice and the tail will be dead in once. Well succes!

In amaterasu sever 1st go talk to Kurt(If u have defeated Chief officer and Game master) twice in the login room and he will say something is getting into the system he designed.When he said that go to asuka server and go to the master room and 3 oinkmon will be there and go strait into the room where u fought the game master.When u enter the room 3 Vemmon will come in and run away when they see you.Go outside and the city will be mostly be filled with oinkmon!
Go to Amaterasu city and go in the room where u fought Chief officer.When u enter, a machine that is called Lord megadreath will appear wen u enter the room.U will have to follo him into the gunslinger.Over there you will have to remove blocks by using a alive panel.To get to the alive panel(s) u have to use the teleporters.Wen u have removed all the blocks u will go to lord megadreath's room.battle him and win and he'll go to snatchmon but snatchmon destroys lord megadreath and he fuses with the gunslinger to be Galacticmon!I say u get agumon to lvl 52 and ur other digimon to lvl 52 aswell and have some life disks and power, super and ultra charges.get agumon and use BKWargreymon to defeat the tail, but thats just the tail!Soon he will use his body to fight u and wen the body appears to fight u u get attacked and ur hp will be 1!and then he'll attack u again and u faint!Well use the life disk wen BKwargreymon faints and use Wargreymon.Oh yeah i forgot to mention if u use terra destroyer to defeat the tail the body will learn terra destroyer, but dont worry cuz it will be a more funner match using Terra VS Terra attacks.Ok so wait till wargreymon blasted and use dimension scissors alot cuz u will win cuz me and my dad won but if u won dont turn off ur ps1 or ps2 cuz u will be able to compete in the arena but u need the four badges so u still got a adventure ahead of u!If u need a answer in ur question just ask me!(Im only availible in Saturdays and Sundays.

Some tips:
To get Veemon:
Defeat Byakko Leader in Mirage Tower. Pick ONE DIGIMON WITH LEVEL LOWER THAN 30(30 is max. level). Go to protocol ruins and search for DRI Bob. Talk to him twice and go to Bulk Bridge and fight Paildramon.It´s quite easy. If your digimon knows Dramon Buster you´ll defeat it in a very few hits(I did in only one).
Then he´ll give Veemon´s DDNA. Return to Protocol Ruins, talk to DRI Bob and he´ll give Veemon.(Note:you can pick back the digimon after talking to DRI Bob for this "opcional researching mission")

Now lets find the platinum training card ! okay do you know in amaterasu city well you have to go down to the SEWERS ! and go to the same place as that boss in the asuka sewers . when you do that you will find BK WARGREYMON ! BEWARE he is pretty tough hehehe . but if you beat him you will get the platinum training card . the platinum training card will let you super train in all of the abilities and in any training gym . okay can't tell you all of the mega digimon but I will tell you who is really strong! you know in amaterasu server well you know where pharomon is located okay go to that place and you will find megagargomon or whatever it is . he is really REALLY REALLY! strong you will need 99 life discs because he can do 1600 attack . Right now, I actually have all the Digimon that you can get!!! Veemon, Guilmon, Agumon, Patamon, Renamon, Monmon, Kumamon and Kotemon!!! Almost all of them are already level 40 and above!!! It is really hard to get Veemon!!! You can get Veemon when you already defeat the Byakko Leader in the Mirage Tower!!! First, you need one Digimon (the level of the digimon you'll bring should only below 30!) Then go to the Protocol Ruins... Do you remember where you found Baronmon when Sepikmon want his mask!!! In the Protocol Ruins (near where you found Baronmon) you'll see a DRI and that DRI is Veemon's!!! Talk to him and then he'll say that he need the DDNA patch of Veemon!!! After that go to the big empty place near the Bulk Swamp then you'll find Paildramon, fight him and then he'll give you the DDNA Patch of Veemon!!! I only used WarGrowlmon and I used the technique Atomic Blaster he is alredy defeated!!! It is easy!!! Then talk to his DRI again then he'll give you Veemon!!! Go to Piximon or Dr. Kodomatsu and get Veemon!!! In Level 5, Veemon will learn the digivolution ExVeemon!!! In level 20, you need a level 5 Stingmon so Veemon will digivolve into Paildramon!!! Can load Techinqe so all digivolve froms have more attacks

Long time to load a saved game

once you get to the wrold map ( the place where you need to summon Submaramon in order to incrase the plot.) the digimon can kill you in one hit.
Cardmon sometimes takes a long time to get (Either if you use fishing pod( What I mean Rode) or the legendary Kicking boots. And if you do find him , He will sometimes flee
Enemy digimon will attack you twice
The funniest part about the game is the alternative evos(Elvolution for thoese nitwits!!) bcause I had a Renamon that lerned to Digielvove into a Growlmon . I was like : " WhAT the HLPH!?" And sometimes to get a certian Evo like SkullGreymon, You need to have a torrence to be at a set amount. to get a SkullGreymon you need a Greymon with a Torrence of 120. To unlock the Torrance raising ablitie at garudramon's and Leomon's gym you need to get the Byakko Bage. Also You need to have someone who can DNA digivovle to be able to take down Pharromon.

THAT REALLY SMELLS!!!! so when he gives it ot you go back to ZAMBAMON and talk to him . he will say something like this : BACK FOR MORE WUSSY! when he says that you will give him the thing that really smells! and he will run away like a total GEEK! and you will get past him ! later on the game you will have to face him in a battle ! but he won't be very strong ! when you beat him he will give you something ! ..... hell if I know! OH! by the way I found another mega DIGIMON! but when I first saw him he was just BLACKWARGROWLMON! the black version of guilmons ULTAMIT ! but when I had versed him he was VERY! strong for some weird reason ! then when I had beaten him he gave me something ! then I realised that he was a mega when I looked at his digimon card! oh yeah! All was going well untill the mini movies were over. I got back in the game and found that everyone was still a pig and my progress had not been saved. If you want info on how to beat Galactamon, here it is.
At least one of your Digimon should be above level 35. It is easier if one of your Digimon has the move, Rising Fire because it hits three times. The digimon you will fight almost always evade one hit attacks. I have known Galactamon to even evade Rising Fire. Bring 40+ Life Disks, Super Charges, and Ultra Charges. Nothing else is needed. To get to Galactamon, you must move three blocks that are in your way. You must find your way through a maze of teleport pads. There are three mazes, each is harder than the other. You will have to fight two guards at the end of the second and third maze. You will then see stairs, just go up. On the way up, you will get attacked by a wild digimon. Don't try to run away, you cant. You will then enter a room where you will face Lord Megadeath. Beat him and follow him through the left portal. There, he will create Snachmon who destroys him. Snachmon tells you its plans and then transports you into space to fight. First, you must fight its tail, which is quite strong. When you defeat it, the body will bring your Digimons life to one. Then you will fight the head. The head is extremly strong. When you beat it, just watch the mini movies untill they end.

This game has a more basic digivolution system than the other 2.
it is much more similiar to what actually happens in the series.
I must admit the digivolution was a little confusing at first but i slowly got the hang of it.
The games just like an updated pokemon type game. There are a few things that could be said that are bad about this game though.
The SFX is really poor and the music is really annoying after a while. Its annoying listening to the utterly gullible "BoiNg" sound whenever your digimon attacks.
They could've made this much better by just simply taking sounds and dialogue out of the actual digimon TV series to give it a better feel of digimon.
The Graphics outside of battles is good. although its 2d its still good compared to the slow moving pile of donkey mucus that was the first game. Although the graphics during battles is decent, it still has the sloppy frame rate of the other digimon PS titles. Taking into consideration the power of the Playstation, it should be able to handle those kind of graphics no problem, and also make them better and hande it at the same time to.
This game could keep you playing for a very long time.
But for me afer about 6 hours of playing it i found it a little easy.
The Gameplay is brilliant to start off with, like the pokemon games it gets a little bit boring towards the end which could let it down a lot for a majority of gamers.
Digimon world 4 for the ps2 will be coming around maybe later this year or next year though so people who liked 2003 should keep their eyes peeled for that.

I tried this game before and I think DDW3 is the best RPG ever made, after Final Fantasy. The card game is way better than both Triple Triad in FFVIII and Tetra Master in FFIX. I like the new equipment system (well in'st not really new...) The graphic are similar to FFs'. I think it's cool that this game is longer than most of the FFs. However I think that the difficulty level of this game is quite confusing. In favt, it was a difficult game at first, but recently it turned so easy... Another thing i do not like is the number of digimon we can have. This game has the lowest number of possible Digimon in the series (69 in DDW and more than 200 in DDW2) But I still think this is a great game, even for older people! The only tip I can give you is about the card game. I suggest you to buy a lot of powerful brown cards. They are the most vulnerable to program cards, but they are the strongest, and they don't even need power (even for megas!) and you can easily protec you againts Programs by buying some defencive prog card!!! Ho and i'll give you the easiest way to get Gallantmon: Get Greymon, At skill level 20, it will learn the Growlmon Digivolution. Growlmon will learn WarGrowlmon Digivolution at Skill level 40. WarGrowlmon will learn Gallantmon at Skill level 99. It is not long to get to this level, since WarGrowlmon will grow up a level at each 100 exp. pts.(watch out! you will need about 500 instead of 100 after reaching skill level 95) To get easy exp. whit easy battles, Go battle Dolphmon in seabed (98 pts each) or numemon in Ether jungle (222 pts each!)
