i have a cheat | | Damo from Lekk,England says (2/Jun/2005): | if you start at a low club if you put the first team keeper at 1.5m you will get that amount for him and the money will help you buy a great keeper as a replacement.plus i would like to add that i thingk this a very good game and i recommend it to anyone.
it is one of the best games i have ever played. get it now or you will be sorry

As I started I was dissapointed too see only English teams but now i hear u get scottish teams someone please tellme,anyway the games unique 3view system works great,In a cup final u want to watch the whole game cheer your teamon if ur playing in a bugging last season match where win,lose or draw dosnt matter press select and bam fast match I do think that there should be improvements though u could hire a failing manager and turn him into ur buddy assistant or rven ask plyers to become ur assistant.the 'grulling'negotiations as the back of the game describes it are not grulling but good easy and efficint the fact that you get a dcision right away is suberb and also when offering contracts the players preffrences are already displayed all u have too do is click ok and bam this is trully da bomb

You can manage either a Scottish team or an English team(haven't touched the English ones yet). All of my favourite players were there (Ally McCoist, Craig Nelson etc) and yours are there too. Its the Jim'll Fix It of football games (in a good way). Its the only way Ayr United will ever qualify for the Champions League.
There are three views to watch your matches in. The 3D game has appaling graphics, The quick match is a bit better but your best bet is the Scanner. Its pretty realistic because you have to make a Training Schedule, get loans of money and even get financial problems if you dont pay back your loan. The only really bad thing about this game is you can't manage European teams. You can play them in the UEFA cup though.
Overall I reccomend this game. weather you support Arsenal or East Stirling.

Alex Fergason is not my favourite person you may understand. A plan had to be hatched to get my hands on a copy without anyone knowing.
After four weeks of plotting and schemeing and at the personal expense of two tubes of toothpaste, a small cat, a torn five pound note and a CD of Clannads Hits, I took my copy home and popped it in the PS2.
I waited as we loaded , I took a deep breath and prepared for statistical football bliss and a graphical display which befits this fine machine. I took a moment to remember how the original games on PSone had stolen weeks of my life and I smiled as I recalled tipping the bathroom scales 200 pounds heavier for gorging on this feast of football for probably too long. Moorish.
I was greeted with HIS FACE , aaaghhhhh ! , I reset the console and asked a passing stranger to come in to my house and when HIS FACE had left the screen to let me know. The stranger (I never knew his name) left after tapping me on shoulder and telling me it was safe to gaze at my TV.

The Football Conference eh ? , fantastic , Stalybridge Celtic would be a challenge to relish , screen after screen of information , shoulder button switching , pointer gliding, could've been better I thought to myself , oh I 'll get use to it and I did.
Buying , scouting , selling , individual training ( no really not just an option anymore ) where you can hire individually rated coaches and assign players to them. Over 12000 playeres , O how my head hurts , information overload , I love it.

ALL MY FAVOURITE FEATURES OF PLAYER MANGER WERE THERE , NOTHING WAS MISSING. But wait they have added more and more. You feel you know the players , you watch them lovingly, loyalty forbids you to just SELL HIM AT A PROFIT.
Tactics have improved, specific positions of the players have improved , match stats have improved, in game graphics have improved, THE GAME HAS IMPROVED.
Leave LMA on the shelf , its too easy , it has Codemasters slickness written all over it , DONT BE SPOON FED ALL YOUR LIFE !
Get real , get excitment and committed . Get Player Manager 2001 for the PS2 ( sponsered by that man ).
3DO ---- Why didn't you put who's on the ball on screen during the 3d match , you fools. And it does seem to crash from time to time , SAVE every couple of games is my advice.
