The graphics are not near as good as they are in the arcade for one thing and after a while all the bosses will seem the same. I found it was fun for the first 10 to 15 minutes but then you get sick of killing the same enimes over and over. Also scorn the last boss has two forms in the arcade ,but in this he only has one form and is one of the weakest bosses in the game. my advice is to never rent the game don't even buy it if it costs 5 dollers.

if you like adventure games like lord of the rings and james bond this games is perfect for you! it has better graphics than n64 and by now its really cheap! i strongly reccommend this game for a person who likes roleplaying that is bewtween the ages of 5-20!

who ever thinks this game is boring cant open there mind. If u love any game ull like this game. U should buy it even if its 100 dollars. Scorn is an animall and even though the enemies are a little repetative it is soo fun buildin up ur character

U want RPG action from a clasic game that started out as a MS-DOS run program... then this is the game you want...... yes it might lack a little imagination as to the storyline but this game has pretty good grafix and can get you right in the feel of it...

Okay so let's get the facts straight here - for some reason I started playing Gauntlet Legends and kept on playing, probably because it's fun to build up your character and be able to kill things easily. You can explore quite well - even if I do get lost on the Zombified levels. The graphics aren't very good for a playstation - but it's easy to see what's what and the controls are great! Fair enough it may not have much of an action packed story line the fact that worlds just open when you do one section of a new place but it's an addictive game! It's great to blast the brains off of people - even if it gets repetitive. Okay so I'm about the only person I know of that likes it - but you have to play more than 5 minutes to get the feel of it! Overall: Controls 2/2, Action 2/2, Exploration 1/2 (That gets too annoying with switches and getting lost), Graphics .5/2, and Monsters 1.5/2 (They could have added more detail here to bosses and more enemies to blast!)

At the holiday inn express i spend 2 quarters to use one life o well i have a lvl 35 or 36 or 37 archer veteran i beat easy mode with her i used 8 and a half lifes to get to the dragon and beat him used my remaining health on castle place and the other 50 cents on it but if i owned the game id be so happy overall i rate this game 10/10 but after like 3 or 4 hours it would start to make you tired BUT NEVER MAKE YOU BORED drool drool this game first was made for the atari game system then Nintendo 64 then dreamcast then Playstation so i got to the level before the boss with only 1 and a half lifes in medium but i died cause when i got to the lvl before the boss i died i only had 15 health left
:( whahahah but i shall earn my own money instead of using my bigger brothers and my moms money my big brother is 17 and a half im almost 10 years old (........Dont laugh ........) well this game is one of the coolest games ever it might be old but its one of the most entertaining old games ever I would say I rate this game 10/10 (My favorite is the speedy archer heheheheh)
Graphics : 8/10 Very good (Back then most graphics were squared)
Gameplay : 10/10 so long so worthwhile to play!
Sound : 9/10 they make the eating sound and crying sound good
Type : 10/10 a little weird but also very entertaining......
Points : in points add the points up this game deserves 37 points from me....
