This game was a total letdown. 2 new tricks, whopee. Create a skater, Grind session had that! Christ! Sure you can make em look cool with new clothes, but who really cares??? Thps2 Was SOOOOOOOOOOOO much better. I couldnt stop playing it! It was soo good! So many goals, so many secrets! Such great environments! Who gives a damn if you can knock down a person? who cares if you can knock a bully into the snow? in thps2, it felt like you were like, really good at the game. But now, like some other guy said, its almost impossible to land a 360! Not enough goals, not enough new tricks, hell, activision should have added new skaters! This game was so disappointing...

This game may seem hard, but if you you the few codes that do work and beat the game a few times it gets more fun. A down side is the jetpack code is available like in THPS2, but as you get further in the game it gets better, the graphics and level detail make up for it. The grab moves, (buttons requiring using circle,) are MUCH better and there is a larger selection, but you can't get many codes to work without beting the game one time through. (you get a new code every time you beat it, which may be activated in the CHEATS menu.) So if you wan't all the cheats instantly, find the cheat for THPS2 and use it, because there is none for THPS3. Hey this is steve id just like to say this is a great game but very addictive and in order to get all the secret charecters and levels u have to do the sameeeeeeee damn thing over and over and over... AND thoe damn secret tapes what the HELL are they for... its point less.. they should be more creative. More levels and more secret areas. They need more more more more... Not the same thing as all the other tony $#< remove me > at ! games.. The only thing i looked forward to was Rodney Mullens Video and the bails. Im not a vert person ... Tonys all about money ... And if u all have any secret areas like in the cruise ship email it to me!! I cant find $#< remove me > at ! in that level

THPS1 waz by far the best game of it's time, and i spent countless hours playing until i past it on every character. Then THPS2 came out and i was impressed by the increase in graphics and the outstanding quality, and addictiveness of the game, but now THPS3 seems like "been there, done that." With absolutely no difference in graphics, if anything i think they're worse, and boring levels, with no really big air gaps, or bowl to bowl transfers, it's a shame to see a game with such a good repuation drop in quality. In addition what ever happened to the speed of THPS1 that waz one of the quickest game's i'd ever played. My verdict is it could be better.

over all the game is pretty good the music.. SUCKS maybe 3 good songs but that isent important what is is the graphics suck and so do the levels i am very disapointed because i do not see any cars to get hit from or people to hit like old people that would be fun because it is cruel but the levels are different like los angeles the games and secret tape is WAY EAISIER (in ps1)and if u want this game do u me a favor and buy the ps2 versain and have fun for me and all the other sad and dissaponted waste of 60 bucks across canada and america kids and whoever DECIDED to change the two versions i will personal kill no jokes gun bamn SCREAM aaaaaa die.

This game simply rocks. There is no other way to describe it. It's vintage Tony Hawk witha few new cool moves and tricks. Revert is awesome, and the graphics look great. It's also a ton faster because of the increased framerate possible on the PS2. Oh, yes, and the music selection is the best yet. I don't who these jokers are on here who are saying that THPS3 is weak. You would almost think these people have never played a good game in their life. I suppose they think Devil May Cry sucks too. Whatever, disregard the rumors that this game sucks, because it just that the people who wrote the decending article suck, that's all.

this is one of the coolest game i have ever played..the players, the costumes,the graphic, the sounds the music, the skateboards, the places, the missions were all great and fun to play with i would definetly consider this game if you were gonna buy one... the fun factor is great until you beat the game..then you wouldnt wanna beat it again. the value of this game is about $20. the orginalty is one of the best things i like about this game... I havent played thps4 so i dont know which one is better but i like some of the places in the other thps. But most of the things in thps3 was great..!!! I would give it a 9 out of ten

Hey I played this game and it's so addictive. I 'mastered' it. the levels may be unreal but hey, they're still creative, and comfortable. If you can't a better park, just make a dump instead, and grind on the broken alluminum ledges! The game is for fun, not for inconvenience. You guys give it a bad opinion, eh? We'll give your stupid net games a negative infinite! THPS 3 is the best of all three games!I agree with all these THPS 3 pros! thye game is much more fun, and the levels may be weird but very nice and creative. So Neversoft deserves luxurious comment for them working hard and making such an entertaining game.

I think that It is a great game but the studio didn't put all they could into it. I have seen the major differinces between thps3 for ps2 than in ps1 and I think that they spent too much of their time on that version then on this. It dosent have any secret areas that open up like in the ps2 version or half as good of graphics. The Grafic part is understandable but the hidden areas are not. They even had them in thps2 like the gym in the school. i think it is total bull**** that they could not of tryed just a little bit harder.and if you know how to nosegrind the tree in canada please email me.

Why is everyone reviewing this as it is such a great game?I have all 3 Tony Hawk Pro Skater Playstation games,and this is the worst(Number 2 was the best).At first you will want to cheak out some of the new tricks.But after awhile they get old!The sounds and visials are worse.Terrible graphics and an anoying soundtrack can distract you at times.The controls dont seem as responcive as the other Tony Hawk games,and the goals you have to complete are really boring goals,unlike the other Tony Hawk games.I suggest you should all stay away from this game.Shame on Activision for makeing this crap.

First i didn't like how you didnt have the cheat option there on the menu, and the gameplay was sort of easy but was wy to much to get the other hidden characters.Overall on the graphics was a 6.And the game had some unrealistic features like riding on the grass and grinding look like you were flying above the rail. Really the hidden characters were great i mean great but u couldve made it easier to get them. And also easier to get the cheats in, I would also the people should stick to thps4 and the others this is the only bad one there really i think this game was slacked off on.

This game for the playstation is basically a new version of the previous two games. They've added the revert trick which makes multiplying your score much easier along with a few extra tricks. Anyone complaining about this game is just mad they don't have the PS2 version. You can't do much improvement on the top game for Playstation. There are cheats. It's not as hard as you complain about it. And, the deck in LA is on the ramp you see while grinding the electric line. You want a vastly improved game? Buy the Playstation 2. You want another fun game? Buy this game.

i dont think this game has much creativity i mean its identicle to tony hawk pro skater two and one i think it has alright graphics and its kind of fun but it didnt last long i beat it in two days , the sound effects sucked , and i didnt find this game to be very enjoyable even the two player mode bored me it has the same boring games you think with "shaba" helping this time it would at least has something different like different features and interesting places to skate i think the coolest thing has to be the down hill level but thats about all that was cool

I would skate with a skater for about an hour trying to get their video, but not getting all the decks and stats. I skated with Jamie Thomas and his video wasnt even good. I thought the best vidoes were Rodney Mullens, Geoff Rowley, and Andrew Reynolds. I havnt beat all the skaters yet. but from what i played with some of the skateboarders, it was a waste of time. I also think that they should be longer like in Tony Hawk 2 and 1. They need more levels too. I can beat the game without the decks and stats in an hour. It still is fun to play though.

Some of you people that are giving THPS3 a bad name just don't appreciate good gaming and all the hard work that Neversoft has put into the game. Let's see you people try and make a skateboarding game and call it descent. Seriously...New levels, new moves...What do you expect? It's a skateboarding game...they can't make things so much better by doing what you idiots want them to do...Plus, you people can't skate..don't get uptight about virtual SBing...try boarding yourself...can you do this stuff they offer you? probably not..

Exactly the same as THPS2! Although I was hoping to be able to build fullpipes and edit the hight of the ramps and have the limit of risers to be more that 4 on top of each other I still love this game. Probably because I like the gameplay and I am naturaly good at playing it. ( If you want proof I made a video on the downhill level which looked actually better than the demo versions at the main menu! ) The levels are much better and bigger than THPS and THPS 2. I am looking forward to get a PS2 so I can play the PS2 version.

the game is dope im not going to lie but it did kind of suck it was like a remake of THPS2 but with BAM new levels new clothes new boads and new tricks. IT is also hard, i can't get the deck in LOS ANGELES. does any body know where it's at i have the game for playstation 1 i guess it was all that because it was meant for PLAYSTATION 2 not for ps1. i mean the graphics are the same in ps1 but in PS2 it looks dope you can actually see the face instead of like squares. and you can also see the shoes like if they were real.

I posted a review on 11/4. I spent all of 11/5 playing the game. This game is good, worth the money. Someone else asked how we could be upset since it is so hard to make a great game better. THPS2 was way better than THPS1. THPS1 is a great game. So they came out and blew all of our minds with 2, how can you fault people for thinking that they could pull it off again? It's a good game, but THPS2 is still my favorite. If I did it all over, I would still buy this.....I bought PS2 JUST for this game!!!!

What I didn't like about it is the fact that there aren't any cars or people in the psone version. Also, they could have made better levels, the best one I think was skater island. One other thing I disliked is that the create a skater is still the same basicly. I also think they could have made the park editor better by giving you more options and ramps.However, the graphics and sound are awesome! I think THPS3 is the best out of all of them because the goals were more challenging. THPS3 is the best!!!

All you people who think this game sucks need to get a life. I loved it. The levels were great (especially the women covered cruise ship) and the graphics were great too. I'm not dissin anyone in particular but there ARE some great new tricks. Some people judge too tough. I think the game was a little short but some things were hard like beating the compitions. If you think that was easy I dont even want to hear your. I Liked this game. Buy it for Ps2 on One it does really suck!!!!
