you START as a rookie,you have to pass SOME tests{ACADEMY TESTS} and then THE real FUN STARTS.....
the missions ARE many and some very HARD....there is a FREE PATROL mode that enable you TO DRIVE all over the CITY{there only exists one city}...and that is all...
