This is the best video game I have ever played! I have not played it in almost a year, and I have withdrawal. I never get bored from that game, which is rare for me. I can play for hours without getting bored. This is definetely recommended for everyone!!! The cows are so cute! And the chickens and the sheep and the girls...

I really like this game. because it almost allows you to live in a whole nother world, away from your problems. I'm currently in my 12th year and still going. My favorite part of this game is probably doing cheat codes. (It has goten me REALLY far.) But if I could change 1 thing I think it would be either being able to own a cat or to be able to have more babies(there soooo cute) I think this is one of Natsumes best. Its always so hard to turn it off. You just want to keep going and seeing what will happen next. I cant belive people could absolutly hate this game sooo much.

GRAPHICS: some of the graphics are breath-taking especially the view from the top of mothers hill
MUSIC: the music is good. It's not the kind that you would normally listen to(pop, rap, rock, etc.) but it fits this game perfectly.
GAMEPLAY: I've never had a major glitch
LIFESPAN: I'll get back to ya about that
FUNFACTOR: It gets more fun when you makeit more fun...think about it.
ORIGINALITY: A little like the sims but a lot more realistic and more fun other wise, ya it's original.

Harvest moon back to nature is simply the best. I got addicted to it and I can't stop playing it. Well, good job Natsumi. Are there any other games like this? I don't think so.. I played for 10 years now.. I have bought everything and got 10 cows,chickens,sheep.. The harvest sprites look stupid yet still helpful.. I hope they do their job fast enough...

This game rocks.Its diffrent from other games.You get your own farm,plant vegetables,and take care of animals.I loved it from the first time I played it.You can build on to your farm,get married,even have a kid.(so you know if u put your dog in the hothouse during a hurricane/blizzard it dosent get destroyed :)

I'm an absolute Harvest Moon FREAK, its beats Pokemon by far,
Considering the hard work thats involved can be pretty tiresome but it does reap its reward, wooing a female, growing stacks of crops throughout the year, earning cash, enlarging your house, owning a dog, horse, sheep, cows and chickens.
And of course how can I forget the FESTIVALS they are the most relaxing and fun things to do in this game. There are still heaps more but what I have to say is endless

Harvest Moon: Back To Nature is the best game ever!! It was the first Harvest Moon game I have ever played! The graphics are cool and the music is totally COOL! I love the Winter song.. Really moody.. The best part about this game is that we can actually COOK and CREATE our own recipes! (Unlike Harvest Moon 64)Harvest Moon 64 is also the coolest! Keep it up, Natsume!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright,admit it!You're tired of the violent games.You need something knew and exciting,right?When you hear a title like Harvest Moon,you don't think much of it,I bet.I just barely found this game.I was looking up Super Nintendo games for any Sailor Moon games,and there was "Harvest Moon."I'm like,"Huh?What is that?"So I check it out.And you know what?It was the BEST SNES game I ever played!And that lead to the PSX game,which I believe was the best game ever formed in the mortal mind.If you don't have this game,I suggest you get it,FAST.You don't know what you're missing!!!

You can't stop plalying. You start to forget how the sound sucks and enjoy the game. The game fun and hard to stay away. Once you play, you stay there playing it for hours. I hate farming but I still love playing Harvest Moon, including the SNes version. Its more than just farming. You can expand your house with plenty of new accesories to the kitchen and order items. You can participate in horse races, dog competitions, swimming contests, cooking contests, make your own recipes like sweets, meat dishes, salads, sandwiches. You can make jam, juices, mayonnaise from your chickens and more.

Better than Pokemon. That's for sure. something more enjoying than the same old phrases Pokemon uses. Unlike Pokemon, Harvest Moon people react to your chsracter, depending on how you treat them. They ask favors which leads you to rewards. Harvest Moon has more than one goal. Its to have as many friends, a wife, the caring of your pets, and the success of expanding your farms land and money. Depending how much you spend time or feed your animals on time, they will love you more. Well, Pokemon doesn't have that option either. Harvest Moon raises their farm animals as their appearances become bigger as they grow. Pokemon doesn't.The games lasts about almost 3 years in the game (not in real life). There are plenty of events. You can participate in them like cooking, playing an intrument, flirting with firls, showing off in competition like swimming, cooking contests, horse bets and racing, dog bets and races, and plenty of exciting tools in your kitchen. There are cut scenes with other character relationships. You can upgrade your tools for a better effect on resources, expand you house, and expand you barns or your own planting houses. There are secret caves throughout the seasons and unepected visitors from you farm. You can get married with girls with different personalities. Stop criticism!! Its yiur fault you chose her in the first place. You can't expect to have a quick relationship, compared to real life. This game has a more choice of girls with different personalalities and what they would expect from boys. This game takes a lot of hard work that the SNES version.

I really like this game but to tell the truth i was disapointed with the festivals they sorta got boring but its a pretty fun game but iv'e been looking for harvest moon64 but i haven't been able to locate where to buy one for cheap but i like how you can particapate in festivals but my cousins said that you can snowboard in the harvest moon for that would be you could do it on this one and i also think it would be fun if the was like as big as smiths.

Goodness Gracious! Harvest Moon has to be the ultimate in Role playing games! I just can't get enough of it. No matter how bad it's going or how close to then end i get, the excitement still rushes through me. I will continue to recomend this game forever!!!!! thank you so much for taking the time to create games that appeal to all ages!

this game is really great and adicting if u are ready to have fun get this game.i liked this game cause it was a big improvement from the 64 version like bigger village more festivals and u can actually use the recipes to cook!The graphics were a little better and the music is great.Another great thng is u can have up to 20 cows and sheep and 10 chickens and who knows how many fish.If u like the other versions of harvest moon u mmust get this game it is the best so far!

This game is soooo cool! I was'nt able to put it down for weeks! I was so into this game that every week-end from august untill christmas( when i got it) i went to the video store annd rented it. I played all week-end long,non-stop!(no lie). I've had it for 3 years and still havent beet it yet. I was in the summer of my 3rd year and my playstation got hit by lighting.(turned off!) but... my game was fine it just zapped my memory card and i had to start over. and save it on my brothers memorycard. But i have one question? How many kids can you have?

this game is da bomb!im in fall in my 1st year but that doesnt mean i dont know a lot about it ive had the game much longer.people say the graphics are crappy but i think there are a bit like ps2.the music is good and its not annoying because while youre playing it u get sucked into it and all sounds and anything else in the real world are drowned out.you dont play the game u live it!
