First of all, I'd like to say to all those people that are dissin` Harvest Moon, to keep there opions to theirselves! You obvesily have NO heart, because you don't realize how hard these people worked to create such a wonderful game. The only thing you are doing is making enemys by offending people! Oh! To all those people who think "Pokermons" are better, they arn't. I have NO problem with the Pokermans, because so many people like them! Secondly, I'd like to say Congratulations, to all the people at Natsume! You made a wonderful game, and I don't, personaly, know anyone that does not like this game, and from where I am, alot of people like your game. I personaly love it! You did an outstanding job! Thank-you on behalf of all my friends, and family who like this game. There is only one more very important thing I have to say, could you please put all the Harvest Moon games on all the diffrent systems? I realize you were bought to do otherwise, but some people arn't that fortuant, and can't afford all these systems. Myself, I only have a Playstion 2. I cannot afford anything else. Sorry if I am being rude, but I am just saying, so many people like your Harvest Moon games, and wish them all to be put on the diffrent systems! For example; You could put the Game Cube Harvest moon: A Wonderful Life, on Playstation 2, and vise versa. NATSUME ROCKS!!!

I've never tought I'll be addicted to this game. Me and My brother use to fight who will play first becuse of harvest moon.
Cause the day i started playing harvest moon i've never plaed anything else except harvest moon!! I mean when I go home after school. my sisiters will see me infront of the tv. My parents even got mad because they saw me playing about 4 o'clock in the morning. cause I usualy started playing at 5 to 7 and 9 to 5am.
I wish they will make another version of harvest moon. you know. larger map,more chicken, cow,and sheep to take care more girls to make friends. and also more CROPS and type of ORE. But i hope they'll make it on PLAYSTATION1. Hope, If Iwould have a kid I could introduce this game to him.CAUSE Iwas realy facinate the first time I played it. I never felt bored even once.there are alot of events happening. and also if the events isn't enough the way you will meet the girls are so cool.If I could RATE this game 11 I WOULD. THis game can make the world go UP SIDE DOWN. I was realy disapointed when I read some of the review that say this game sucks. they must be living in the STONE AGE. this game must be AWRDED for all the effort. HOPE they'll do my request. hope they'll make it that the carracer will have VOICESOUND (AUDIO).

I'm in 7th grade! I've played this game for over, like 2 years! I love this game. It brings me joy! One day I hope to make a video game or system. I am very happy that Natsume made this! I love Harvest moon.....Me and my friend Emily Evans from Shucksan middle school has harvest moon for game cube, she draws anime in her free time. Harvest moon is also a great game beacause you can get married, plant crops, and take care of animals! Thank you Natstume for making this great and wonderful game! I will continue to play this and buy more of your great and cool games for as long as I can survive my life, heh...Thanks again! Oh yeah, I am going to tell more people about this cool game. i've already told thousands in whatcom county! I need to tell more! as you can tell, i'm a fanatic about your company and your game I love you guys forevers! I will continue to support you all the way! Thank you! I love you! Harvest Moon BTN is really quite addicting. The game is simple to learn and is really fun. I've played this game for a looong time (I'm in year 18!) and I still play it for at least 2 hours a day.
The good thing about it is you actually need to think and not just sit there and let the game play for you. You have to earn money, need to spend it wisely, need to interact with people (in the good way or else they'll kick you out), you have to be good to your animals (they actually produce more stuff when they love you) and you actually eat, get tired, get sick and work hard (for the none cheating ones).
One thing I can say is you're bound to get addicted, especially when preparing for festivals. The programmers have done a great job because the game is really fabulous because there's no game like it!
You'll find things like throwing your dog in the Harvest Festival (not advisable!) hilarious! I'm a girl and I still find it really cute to court girls like Elli, Karen and Mary. The game might still be short of updated interactive things but its really really good!
If you're anything like me, you'll love this game and make sure the Harvest Moon games for PS2 and GBC and GBA. Down with GameCube and XBox! XP!

This game is the best game ever i belive im on my 8th year and i am married to karen. and i have a kid. the dog is huge. anyway im friends with everybody on there. i also got a friend started on it. i started to like this game when i barrowed it off a friend. the bad thing was he wanted it back. so i got the game for christmas from my parents. if u ever see this game and u have the money u should buy it and give it a try. i play a game on the internet called runescape. this game is way better than runescape. the grapics r great. they r 3d. this game is a great game. the only thing i dont like about it is u cant chat with other ppls. i have been so trapped in the game that i stayed up 3 night straight without sleeping. in the game u r little at the begining before u can take control u have to go through ur memories. then u come back to modern day. the whole point of the game is u have to get the farm back to the way u grandfather had it before he died. then u get married and have a kid. there r special holidays. like there is thanksgiving. and u go c the gurls dance. then u meet one that u like then u keep getting her gifts.

Harvest moon back to the nature is the best game I found .Everyday I play this game about 5 hours .This game is about when you were young ,your father’s job got in the way of your vocation plans .So instead , you visited a small town where your grandfather owner a ranch. Your grandfather was very busy man ,however he was happy to have your with him .Thought the town was small ,there was something new and exciting to do everyday .So your grandfather give you his ranch to you .In this game you can enjoy hours and hours of non-linear game play as you interact with over 40 unique characters .You also can collected 100 different of recipes cook .You also can create your own dishes to “woo” the women in this town .It have four season in this game .It is spring ,summer ,fall ,and winter .It have many different type vegetables seed you buy it .In this game have many ton of mini games ,such as chicken sumo ,annual town tomato fight ,dog race ,horse race ,and many .The characters move in real-time. You also can be friend to harvest sprites .After you be friend to harvest sprites ,you can ask him to help out around your ranch .In this game you can married women in this small town .You always give things to who you like and one day you can married him.

Hey this game is the coolest! I am married to Popuri and have a beautiful baby boy. I'm on my 4th year and have cooked up around 40 recipes so if you need any justs email me kk. I don't want to brag, but I guess I'm sorta rich in the game cuz I got around 350,000G. I have 10 cows, 10 sheep, 10 chickens, my horse, and dog. I'm really experienced and know a lot about this game so if you have any questions email me kk! I know what all the girls love the most. I know all the recipes and I know where all the power berries are. And I know how to get an imprint of a mysterious fish. I know it might seem like it would be a fruity game, but it's not so go and buy it now or else bordom will come and get you... bum bum bum tehe...
OH and there is a rumor going around that if you don't get married to anyone by your 4th year Aja will come. That's the winery man's daughter. If you need some advice on how to get a lot of money very quick or need any recipes or need anything in general just email me okay! ^_^^

tried of old game that kill people and looking for a calm playing game that you can walk away from and fell that you acomplish something. this game i paid 100 dollars for this game, on top of that i looked for three years for it. this game is the longest game i have played because after get the farm up and three years is easy. after that you play till utill you die.
people say it is a gay game till they play it then they want to buy it cuz they love it so much then i am the only one with the game cuz the game is so rare where i live. if you find the planting overwhelming then ask the harvest sprites to help you water, harvest, and feeding animals. i tell you to buy it. if you use gameshark this game is a pest cuz there are over 200 codes. a nice fiture is cooking, marriade, kids, cows, chickens and muck muck more in the game so buy before it is to late.

For those of you who are grouchy about only playing the male character, think about this: In Harvest Moon, one of the final goals is to have one of the girls fall in love with you and marry you. Once you're married, you can continue to ply your affections with candy and flowers and so forth, and if you continue lovin' her up, she may have a baby. Every red-blooded hetero boy's dream, yes?
Now, conversely, if there were the option of playing the girl and having your pick of five guys to date... do you really think you'd need to buy him presents and candy and flowers to convince him to impregnate you? Shoot, you could skip directly to that step without even starting a farm!
The gender issues in this game are so deep that, if Natsume did give the option of playing a female character, it would probably take a completely different game, like the dual versions of Pokemon. This version would have to be written from a woman's point of view, which takes into account the problems that the women of HM face without the male character's help: helping their own family business, courting the only boy in the village, getting him to like you, getting married, bringing a child to term and raising it yourself! You couldn't accomplish those things in a typical HM game just by adding ponytails to the boy's sprite.

I tried this game once and by the first day, I was hooked! There's no other game in the world that can tear me away from this one. Harvest Moon: Back to Nature is a great way to build up your creativity, logic, and strategic skills. All these and more can make you understand the importance of perseverance, love, and care for nature. The simplest things in life will become important to you if you just give this game a try. There will be times that you can sometimes relate the events in this game with events in real life. There are challenges, contests, friendships,and if your lucky, MARRIAGE will come to you! There are cheats out there but it's much better if you don't use them. The chalenge is the fun of the game. There really is a way to succeed without cutting corners, try not to be tempted. Remember, this game is based (on some points of) reality. In real life, there are no cheats. Try this game out and you'll know just exactly what I mean. (When you DO try this game, please remember that you have to eat, drink, breathe, and sleep. Yeah, it's that addictive.) This game has the best imitation of life and reality(, you'll feel like you're the person in the game. There's something so addictive with this game that I can't pinpoint so look for it yourself, ok). I seriously want to contact the creators of this game to give them a CONGRATULATIONS! and my THANK YOU!'s because seriously, I've never been so addicted to a single game! The temtation to play again is too great! I'll be playing this game for a long, long, long, LONG time.

How can you live without this game!!!!!!! It rocks and Im in my sixth year!! It dosent get boring(Once it did I played it for 3 days without sleep). Me and my friends spend hour after hour playing this game.You can get married, have a kid, enlarge your farm,feed animals if I keep going I will just be to excited and go back to playing.This is the best game I ever played!Put down those fighting games and play this.Unlike other games you have many things to do such as level up your tools,clear weeds,marry.
After your 3rd year you could sell your animals and start new without restarting.It is the best if you hate this game your crazy!!!This is no sims its the world of HARVEST MOON!!!So if you dont have it get your butt up off the couch go to a game store and buy it!!!This is the best game I ever played I mean whats not to like about it???Nothing can replace HARVEST MOON nothing this is better than The second one Save The Homeland You only got one year to save the town from being turned into a resort.

Harvest Moon: Back to Nature is a good game. It gets frusturating at times but is overall a good game. I do admit the controls are confusing for a while but you get used to them after a while. I think the best feature is actually using recipies to cook. All in all, Back to nature is a good game.

Harvest Moon: Back To Nature is one of the best games i have ever played! When i had played the game for a while and wanted to get married i gave the blue feather to one of the girls. After the scene in the church she asks what i should call her and when we go to bed the screen turns all black!! The game freezes every time i try! It's always after i get married. At first í thougt that it was my Playstation that was broken but i tried to get married on a friends Playstation and Playstation 2, but it still wont work!!! I've heard that others have the same problem so it's not just my disc. I really want to get married so does anyone know if there is a way i can do it with gameshark or something like that.

This is the best game I ever played! The graphics are very cute, especially the way my character runs. The music is just great and the sound is clear and doesn't get stuck somewhere in the middle of the game. The storyline is fascinating and can really get me glued playing it for hours on end. Not to forget the festivals...they're so fun and original, especially the Tomato Festival!!! And the cutscenes are very interesting too. Also, I learned quite a lot about time management and farming through this game. I think that Natsume did a really great job on this game. The best thing about the game is the way it resembles real life, with the need to build relationships and work for a high percentage for the farm at the same time.
