I love this Game!! I have three games ( so far! :) ) I'm married to Popuri with a child (^_^) thats growing like his pa, I'm on the 4th year Winter 2nd. I have 10 cows, 10 sheep, and 10 chickens! I couldn't take myself away from it and when I could I found myself thinking about it! It's a good way to not focus on this bothering you in your life. It's helped in also becoming more responsible around home! I do have some problems getting my horse in before it rains the next day but that's okay! I really find that the game imposes chanllengs that are easy to overcome in time! That's why I give it 10 stars, what can I say, I'm hopelessly addicted!

Hey this game is the coolest! I am married to Popuri and have a beautiful baby boy. I'm on my 4th year and have cooked up around 40 recipes so if you need any justs email me kk. I don't want to brag, but I guess I'm sorta rich in the game cuz I got around 350,000G. I have 10 cows, 10 sheep, 10 chickens, my horse, and dog. I'm really experienced and know a lot about this game so if you have any questions email me kk! I know what all the girls love the most. I know all the recipes and I know where all the power berries are. And I know how to get an imprint of a mysterious fish. I know it might seem like it would be a fruity game, but it's not so go and buy it now or else bordom will come and get you... bum bum bum tehe...
OH and there is a rumor going around that if you don't get married to anyone by your 4th year Aja will come. That's the winery man's daughter. If you need some advice on how to get a lot of money very quick or need any recipes or need anything in general just email me okay! ^_^^

the last time I played harvest moon BTN was four years ago. three months into the game, and I got my other friends to get their own copies and play it as well. you know what, we're still playing it up to the time being since this was one of those games that got us hooked all at the same time! there are three of us, and I mean, we used to take turns doing the chores for spring or summer, or one of us would take the memory card home and play the spring/summer/fall/winter event. it's just that amazing.
graphics are a little on the child-like but who cares? I think that the simplicity behind it all adds to the charm, and everything else just rocks on it's own. sounds, graphics, game play. all that!
now we're doing it all over, I'm writing this review and one of my friend is at the 24th of spring (1st year), tossing turnips into the bin. I'm guessing that after I post this, I'll go have a smoke, and then give my friend a break. he hee, the horse's doing great, and the second egg's hatched. this is going to be a fine year in mineral town.

I tried this game once and by the first day, I was hooked! There's no other game in the world that can tear me away from this one. Harvest Moon: Back to Nature is a great way to build up your creativity, logic, and strategic skills. All these and more can make you understand the importance of perseverance, love, and care for nature. The simplest things in life will become important to you if you just give this game a try. There will be times that you can sometimes relate the events in this game with events in real life. There are challenges, contests, friendships,and if your lucky, MARRIAGE will come to you! There are cheats out there but it's much better if you don't use them. The chalenge is the fun of the game. There really is a way to succeed without cutting corners, try not to be tempted. Remember, this game is based (on some points of) reality. In real life, there are no cheats. Try this game out and you'll know just exactly what I mean. (When you DO try this game, please remember that you have to eat, drink, breathe, and sleep. Yeah, it's that addictive.) This game has the best imitation of life and reality(, you'll feel like you're the person in the game. There's something so addictive with this game that I can't pinpoint so look for it yourself, ok). I seriously want to contact the creators of this game to give them a CONGRATULATIONS! and my THANK YOU!'s because seriously, I've never been so addicted to a single game! How can you live without this game!!!!!!! It rocks and Im in my sixth year!! It dosent get boring(Once it did I played it for 3 days without sleep). Me and my friends spend hour after hour playing this game.You can get married, have a kid, enlarge your farm,feed animals if I keep going I will just be to excited and go back to playing.This is the best game I ever played!Put down those fighting games and play this.Unlike other games you have many things to do such as level up your tools,clear weeds,marry.
After your 3rd year you could sell your animals and start new without restarting.It is the best if you hate this game your crazy!!!This is no sims its the world of HARVEST MOON!!!So if you dont have it get your butt up off the couch go to a game store and buy it!!!This is the best game I ever played I mean whats not to like about it???Nothing can replace HARVEST MOON nothing this is better than The second one Save The Homeland You only got one year to save the town from being turned into a resort.

Hi, Harvest Moon fans! I have been playing this game for 4 years and I cant believe in all the games I played this is the most AWESOME game I evered played in my whole life and I think I can help you in some things... But Im not so sure on everything. Ill give some tips on how to make Karen,Ann,Popuri and Elie to love you fast.(Sorry if your looking for Mary I did'nt try her).
Karen:on Karen Youl need money of about 50,000. In Fall Everyday exept Saturday give her 18 wine until the heart turns Red. NOTE:I think that doubles the effect on the 15th day because thats her birthday.
Ann:Nothing Special just give her flowers,cheese,boiled egg(from the spring),milk and try soething nice like wine but she.
Popuri:Popuri is a smple girl who likes Hot spring boiled egg and she likes flowers like toy flowers.
Elie:Elie likes flowers best I can't remember her birthday so try to find out your selves.
Ill tell my fave. recipe that won the cooking fest.ICE CREAM.
Ice cream(this is the finest i did)
Ingridients:Golden egg,Golden milk,honey
utensils:pot
seasoning:sugar

This game is one of the best games i've ever played! this game is so cool cause you can get married and plant crops and also take care of lovely animlas! Harvest Moon is the Best game. I noticed that the 1/20 peopl who dont like this game have ISSUES!! they have an attitude problem,cant control their swearing, and have such a bad life, that they cant stand a little cuteness in it!! i kinda feel bad for them that they cant enjoy such a GREAT game like harvest moon!! but i also noticed that most of those people finished the game....so if they liked it enought to spend time to finish it, then why do they hate it so much?? i dunno..! I LOVE THE GAME!! their is soo many action parts like when somebody moves into the town, or when something happens, and DEFINATELY the festivals are soooo fun. i am trying to marry ann..but she seems to ignore me..and I don't want to try to get karen to like me cuz she is a drunk, or something, and I dont want elli cuz I heard shw was the hardest cuz she loves the doctor so much..does anybody know what ann likes?? she doesnt seem to REaLLY liek anything I give her!!...natsume made a harvest moon for girls, and it looks sooo fun..but it is only in japanese...*darn*.i cant wait for another one to come out....but why can't the new one on gamecube be on PS2? I can only afford PS2 and I dont think it would be too hard to transfer it to PS2!! anyways... YOU ROCK NATSUME...keep making harvest moon games!!

hey pplz... let me just say dat i started playin dis game about a year or two ago and itz aite if your bored at home but itz not sumthin u culd play and play and play!!! the music, effects and graphicz are all pretti kool but it getz 2 repetitive, specially wen u hav 2 play 4 years of it ova and ova agen. I have a few hints and stuff that u guyz mite b interested in.....
you can attempt 2 chop down the cedar tree at the top of the mountain and it will ask you if ur realli goin 2 chop it down so make sure you ansa "dont chop down" and you will get a power berry thing...

Parts of the game are fully predictable like wen therz the scenez wiv the girlz, itz kinda obvious which ansaz 2 choose 2 make them like u more but if u want ther hearts up quiker giv them stuff that they like...

Mary likes mushrooms even the poisonous ones, grasses and flowers

This is the best game I have ever played in my console.The first time I got my hands on it it took me 12 hours to stop. I was so excitted by the completetly new and different idea of farming simulation, even though the graphics were a bit strange compared to other sims but seemed to fit perfect in the whole scenery. I am already in the 6th year (Autumn) and the only thing that is impossimple is for my character to get married due to a bug my version has. I e-mailed to UbiSoft's TechSupport but noone wants to answer me so now I'm trying to buy the game from another country. Anyway one of the best aspects is that violence does not exist in this game, though the music sometimes can force you to do some violent stuff, especially during winter. I strongly recommend to mine, cook or fish during this season. By the way cooking is my favourite part and I have cooked all 63 recipes already (pizza is the best).

Havest Moon is an absolutly WICKED game! It is my favourite game by far! I love that you get to raise the animals(dog, chicken, cow, horse, sheep, fish) and that you can find wild animals(I once kept a rabbit in my home)I wish there was a cat though. This game is also one you start playing and can't stop! My mum was yelling at me when I played it for 9 hours straight! I haven't beat it yet, but i'm on my way! I love all the festivals and the sprites are soooo cool!! The beach and libary are awesome to visit in your free time. I probabally could go on and on and on etc. The colour and graphics and music are great! So what are you waiting for? Go get the game and play it!!!!!!!!

It's a good game. I like the way it says "Natsume. Serious Fun" at the beginning. The game is serious, but it's alot of fun. Just as people said, it's addicting. I could play all day. Once you start you have to keep pushing yourself until you are better and better. There is always something else that needs to be accomplished before you can turn the game off. I'm in year 1 still, but I played as far as I could on the N64 version. With a million things to do, and never enough time in the day, the game never gets old. It's perfect for perfectionists.

It all right. It kind of sucks you in, and you just can't get off. Thats the bad part. Plus it just gets boring after a while. So your stuck in cycle of boringness, but it as it's good parts, and I'd rather play it than any other games.

This game is great. This is the best game there is. no doubt about that. When you play this game, it sucks you in, like a curse, like you have to play this game. That is how i feel, I can't stop playing, I love this game so much. I play it when I wake up, and before I go to sleep. If you played this game or have this game then you know how I feel. You can get married, the graphics are good (it's better then nothing), you can grow crops, and raise animals, and go to festavils, and have mini games, but BEST OF ALL......YOU CAN GET MARRIED!!! This Game is the best. My favorite girls are #1 Ann, #2 Elli, #3 Karen..........the other girls I don't like, Popuri is pretty but she's too hard to marry and asks to much, and Mary, I just don't like her beacuse all she does is say "hi' and "thank you", plus she's to nerdy, but I'm not juding her, she's pretty, but she's kind of Hard to get. Ann, what can I say about Ann? Lets see....She's Hott, she may be a tomboy but she really pretty, she cooks good too. Elli. We'll Elli is pretty and nice and caring, that's what I like about her, she an okay cook, but she'll make a really good mother. Last but not least, Karen, The amazing Karen, Karen may be a wine drinker, but she's a caring, funny, lovable girl, and she's gorgous. The animals are so cute, The sheeps and the cows are really hard to take care of, unlike chickens. But they pay off. The horse is kind of a pain in the neck, he does nothing good in the farm.....but i guess he'll pay off on horse races. Then you can grow crops this game rocks!!!
