A great shoot'em-up that has aged well. |
| Tim Murphy from UK says (10/Oct/2000): |
When this game was first released it was a brilliant first person shooter that captured the spirit of the films. With tense dramatic music and state of the art graphics, it was a must have game.
The game was not all about atmosphere, there was puzzle elments added to keep you playing, and secret areas to find - loaded with booty. With plenty of jump-out-of-your-seat moments from the brilliantly animated aliens.
Now, the games suffers in comparison to Quake 2, Medal Of Honour, Alien Resurrection and many other great games.

Freaky even now... |
| NosDemonic from New Zealand says (20/Nov/2001): |
I still play this game sometimes, and it still freaks me out, they got the game perfect as far as i can tell, dark ambient levels with great amounts of atmosphere and sounds which they pretty much took straight from the movies, and of course the ever knowing fact that any second somethings gonna be jumping out at you from the dark, and the queen fights are just brilliant. Definately worth a look :)
